I thought this film was awesome, a worthy successor to the first. But people always complain about the sequel no matter what. This was one of the few sequels that I really enjoyed..:)
I'm so glad you enjoyed it too! It was such a fun ride!
I quite liked The Incredible Hulk as well. Much more than I was expecting. With all the trouble TPTB had with Norton, though, I wonder if they're even going to invite him to be a part of The Avengers. :-\
I saw the midnight screening when it was released and even then not everyone stayed. Some people are just -- IDEK.
But yes! It was fun and shiny and had ~War Machine~ and I really wouldn't have had it any other way. I get the sense that, like The Dark Knight, it's a movie that would benefit from being seen again. To that end, I'm so buying the DVD.
Also, ilu Nick why do you not have more scenes? ;____;
Wha? You'd think those who bought their tickets far in advance, stood in the line for a long time to fight for the best seats, and stayed up in the middle of the night to see this movie would at least want to get their full money's worth and stay until the employees boot you out. ;-)
Don Cheadle looked mighty nice in his armor. :-D And yes, it begs for repeat viewing! In fact, not long after I posted this, I had to find a (crappy) version to stream online. Also, OMG TDK, I still watch that every time I notice it's airing on cable.
Here's hoping Nick will have a more prominent role in The Avengers.
Sam Rockwell was so hilarious! I loved how he kept repeating everything, and how he tried to shoo Pepper and Natalie/Natasha away. Which of course didn't work at all.

No one else in my theatre stayed until the end of the credits! :-O Have they never seen a Marvel film before?
Seriously! There were a lot of geeks in the audience when we went to see the movie, about one third of the people stayed until the end of the credits.

Geeks walked out before the end of the credits should have their geek cred revoked! ;-)
