The pop-up versions of HSM 1 & 2 this evening were surprisingly entertaining! I learned a lot of new random info. I do have one quibble about their hat competition between Ryan and Kelsi. They had them tied at 13 hats worn throughout the film, BUT they didn't count Ryan's visor or when Ryan wore Chad's hat, and if we count his HumaHuma hat, that's ( Read more... )

I believe that they did count Ryan's visor and dinner hat, but Ryan wearing Chad's hat and the HumaHuma hat were not counted. I liked the HSM2 pop-ups a lot better than the HSM pop-ups. I thought the HSM2 ones were snarkier. The ones for the first movie tended to point out more stupid info, while the second movie pop0ups where more informative. The first movie ones were informative and fun as well though!

I must have looked away for a second and missed them adding those to the tally, oops! I just really wanted Ryan to win that competition because Ryan is known for his hats, not Kelsi! ;-) Oh yeah, the HSM2 ones were much more informative. Perhaps younger kids may not know what karaoke or montages are, but I'd rather know behind-the-scenes info. And I love that it was Lucas who brought the "Ducky" nickname to the table.

I was just complaining a few days ago that they hadn't aired HSM in ages, too, so yay!

Hey! Followed you over here from the Hodges community! You like Numb3rs too! Our crickets can hang out together. ;) You are so friended!

ZOMG, DAVID IS A COMIC BOOK FANBOY. That was seriously the best thing about this episode, and if I didn't already love David to pieces, I definitely would now.

I know! Who saw that coming? Larry sure, but David? Nowai!

You use bullet points. Me too. I can't help it! If I didn't contain myself like that, I'd write 10 paragraph essays, and who's going to read all that?

Hi there! The more the merrier, I say. ;-) ::totally friends you back:: I think it's so quiet on LJ because most Americans are busy with Thanksgiving festivities, which is such bad timing because this week I actually felt compelled to squee right away!

It was so great that they made David the fanboy. I love hearing about what the FBI agents do in their spare time. We already learned about Megan and her krav maga, but yay for one of the guys having an awesome hobby!

Lately, it's just been easier to organize my random fandom thoughts through bullet points. Anyway, if someone's reading it they've probably seen the episode, so there's no need to spell it all out. Unless I want to get meta thinky, in which case paragraphs are best. But I only get really thinky about Dexter. Otherwise, it's mostly SQUEE! FLAIL! ;-)

I agree, bullet point love!

I see an SGA icon! You need to check out _wwsd_! She has and makes sooo many crackalicious SGA icons. You can't help but stare at them for hours.

Squee! *points to icon*

::laughs:: I actually stole the idea of making Anne Taintor-style CSI icons for the "Lab Rats" episode from _wwsd_. But I did give her a shout-out! ;-P SGA somehow gets some of the crackiest iconmakers and fic writers.
