Thanksgiving was great! Now we're getting ready to do the 'Over the river and through the woods" thing -- i.e. go to Grandma's. Should be another good meal. things I have to be thankful for: a good family. Having one or two really good friends. Good grades. I have five rules. If I can put a check mark next to each of my rules, than chances are I won't be a virgin for very much longer:

rule # 1: I must be at least 18-years-old. If all else fails, at least i'll be able to fall back on the fact that i was a consenting adult.

rule # 2: I have to be secure enough with myself that if i were to be dumped afterwards, I would be ok. And just secure with myself in general.

rule # 3: I have to love him.

rule # 4: I have to have been in the relationship for at least a year.

rule # 5: I have to use protection. birth control, std tests, condoms, etc.

BUT, after the 'first time' the rules will no longer apply (exception of rule #5 and rule #2, which I think are the most important). Should I feel as though i wish to have a one night stand, I shall.

coming from a straight up whore i guess

i dont think 14 is too young

i think it is young, yes, but idk, i have a feeling if i stayed with a certain guy longer than i did when i was 14, i wouldnt be a virgin anymore

16 is such a sterortypical age to lose it

i think 17 is a good age

college would be a nice goal

wow...i didnt read that last paragraph of yours. With friendship thing, there was a guy last year and i liked him but we were just friends...as we got closer he ended up liking me, after a great deal of drama and anger, etc, we didnt go out but were more like...erm...friends-with-benefits i guess

so, yes, friendship can slide into relationship mode quite easily.

But, be careful, after we stopped messing around he started hating me, and he's cool with me now but it took him 6 months to start being decent towards me again and we'll never be that close again which hurt me for awhile but now i dont really mind
