When you are off the diet and at your goal weight, eat organic foods to keep it off. You will be amazed ;)

The South Beach diet is a three phase diet. I'm in Phase 1 (the most restrictive phase) where I can't eat sugars or carbs. However, I am able to eat lean meats, veggies, small amounts of good fat, etc. (for me it will last for 21 days) In Phase 2 I will be allowed to eat small amounts of sugars and carbs. (it will last until I reach my weight goal) In Phase 3 I will be able to eat anything, but will be careful to use portion control, healthy eating habits, etc.

I'm also exercising at least 3 days a week.
