I've been on the South Beach diet for 8 days now. I just weighed myself (same scale though the first time was in the morning and this time was at night) and...
*drumroll please*
I have lost TEN pounds.
Though I was told this was normal for the South Beach diet (don't worry, I'm not doing unhealthy things or starving myself) I didn't really think it would work. I'm so damn pleased. I feel good and energetic and I've been sleeping less! I wish I could do a cartwheel (Lex, you'll have to do one for me).
Anyhoo, I just wanted to say that to the world. I'm gonna go bounce around more.
