HALP! My procrastination has reached record levels and now I'm down to just 9 days before Christmas without lifting a finger nor wallet towards gift shopping

I'm inclined to agree with the 'buy something non-geek' suggestion - I tend to go with cool t-shirts, since my geek hates to buy clothes - but for future reference, www.thinkgeek.com is good. I've yet to know a geek who didn't go 'oooh, shiny' about at least one thing there. Probably not enough notice for this year though.
Oh, and really high-end alcohol always works. With 2 neat glasses to drink it from if you want to encourage sharing:)
I did all my Xmas shopping around Hallowee...:reads last sentence of post: oh, I mean- yeah, I have a lot of shopping to do *g*
re Pineapple- If he's into Playstation, get him BULLY (aka CANIS CANEM EDIT) on PS2- it takes *weeks* to finish everything, plus it has boy-on-boy kissing. And Wedgies *g*
I might start my shopping today, if I get off my lazy ass and into town. Or mebbe tomorrow, but the only thing I know for certain I'll be getting is a couple of shirts with the school name for some relatives. Tuesday's Airport Day so...no. Wenensday? Doc's and dentist's and hair appointment.
Wow, what a great gift, that Treo 680! No wonder you're feeling trumped! Looking up at spidey_88's suggestion above, which restaurant is it that Pineapple loves?
The good part is, he'll love his gift no matter what it is, cause it'll be from you.
Sigh. I know he's going to be very delighted no matter what--I just want Christmas to be perfect for him. I go through this every year, too. I freak out, I cry a little, I pull my hair out...and then everything turns out completely fine. He just always spoils me so much, I want him to be the one to say "Wow, honey. WOW." for once.
As far as mods go, you are always going to have the best luck with Xbox equipment. There's already multiple options available. At this point in the holiday season this will be easiest console to potentially buy as well, so that would be my recommendation.
If you were feeling saucy you could even order him a mod chip, but my guess is that you run the risk of buying the one without features he wants. I'm not sure mod sites do gift certificates. : )

And thanks for that link. That's exactly what he's into, so I may very well go with the Xbox.
