I ate my meal of the day early today. I skipped breakfast, but had alot of errands to do. So, this afternoon, took Hana, (2 year old daughter) with me, and fed her lunch at a restaurant. My daughter, Hana, had surgery yesterday and that went well. She is expected to recover fully. Woo HOO!

Today is my birthday, and I am just so thankful that nothing bad happened with surgery yesterday.

This has been an easy day to fast. The hand specialist told me that my two year old needs surgery to repair her hand. We are supposed to be at the hospital early tomorrow morning. (6 a.m.) for outpatient surgery.
I am so stressed....there is no way I can eat today. I know if I do, it will just make me sick.

I drank a bottle of water for breakfast. And, now sipping on a cup of hot tea. (o cal.) I hate to ruin my 3,500 calorie burn at the gym last night by fucking up today. So, I am planning on just drinking tea and water until tonight. Then, if I am going to the gym, taking a Boost with Protein. (240 cal.) If not, just staying with the tea and water. ( Read more... )

I just woke up, with a really sore throat. Well, not eating won't be a problem today! All I want is water.
I still have to weigh in, since I shouldn't put it off two days in a row. But, drinking all of this water is going to weigh me down. Ok, I will weigh in tomorrow.
