I had cake for my birthday (oct. 26) So, went to the gym late that night to work out....(until early this morning.)
I burned 1,050 cal. then went swimming. I have great news....in the past 4 days, I went down 0.4% in body fat. Woo hoo! It is nice to see progress. If not on the scale, at least in body fat.
I will weigh in tomorrow morning. Not sure what it will be, but hoping the cake I ate was less than 1,000 cal. worth.
My family was here, so I stalled for "going out to eat for breakfast." And, instead, we went to eat a brunch around 11 a.m. (veggie omlet) Then, for supper, I just ate off the healthy menu. So, I don't think I did too bad in calories while my family was around me all day. And, ate some cake later, since it was my birthday, and don't know how to get out of that one!
Anyway, today is now a new day. It will be my morning soon. 5 am and still up from last night. Oh well, that's my life! I am anxious to get back to the gym later tonight and burn more calories. I want to lose 1% of body fat every 2 weeks. I am hoping, anyway.
Stay strong! Tomorrow I am grocery shopping for more SlimFast, Boost with Protein, and food for Hana.
