shopping at Ironfest

I managed to spend ALL the money at Ironfest this year.  Not only did I buy feijoas (about 5lb) and feijoa jam but feijoa hooch.

Aren't the earrings great. I'm going to have to switch the hooks to hypoallergenic, but they're worth it.

I've wanted a pair of specs for reenactment, but am worried they'll make me look like a school marm... heh....But nicely done on the purchases! :)

I have similar thoughts, but I want to be able to read/sew and these'll make the difference. Though I'll wait until I next get my eyes tested. .... am due for that last November :/

{hissssssss} I'm wishing the specs worked already, cos I put my glasses down at some point & can't find them. Silly me.

I need to get the cheap chemist specs as a back up at home. they won't fix the astigmatism but will help the long sightedness.

I'm so relieved to find some that fit, cos my noggin broader than average (23.5" hat size!) Not so keen on paying for lenses to be made/fitted but so worth it
