My friend Karen has started using her creative skills & designing a couple of ranges of prints for Ts etc, available via redbubble.

So far this one's my favourite by a small margin, it's In the Shade of Octopus from her octopus/kraken set which is steampunky.  I ordered it on a dark grey T,  to really make the blue ringed octopus stand out.

A bodgy use of paint to try to see if changing the neckline and hem of the bodice, as well as changing the skirt front panel to brown makes enough of a difference for me to be happy, and it is.  Plus I'm going to soak the dye in the darkest teal I can find .... wearing my HK facemask on Saturday made me want a hello kitty steampunk costume for Ironfest .... which is the weekend after JAFA.
