Yay for short hair. I've had it for years after having it ridiculously long when I was a teen.

Your length is the same as mine, I love it because I find it to be so manageable.

I've always had my hair long (except for a brief 3-4 month span about ten years ago), but so far I'm loving the non-fuss of this.

I think the short looks super cute! I don't know if you blow dry it, but if you do, use a round brush on the ends, and that should get the little curl.

Of course, you might have tried that already, in which case, I'm out of ideas. :-)

I have to blow dry it or it goes naturally wavy. Unfortunately it's not staying straight, either. I might try some mousse (? do they even still make mousse?) and see if I can do something with the waves-that-won't-go-away!

Lol, I use mousse on my hair everyday, to get it curly. You could use mousse, or even a pomande to keep it straight.

Good luck with the hair! I have crazy curly hair, so I know how hard it can be to get a style that looks good, and then replicate it every week!

My niece always looks at me strangely when I use hairspray. I think it's a thing of the past to the younguns. ;)
