First things first. My laptop's pretty much dead, and I'm going to have to break down and buy a new one. Anyone have any recommendations? I'm thinking that I'll be sticking with Windows, and I don't want to spend a huge amount of money - though I don't want some cheap piece of junk either

I've been stupid giddy for three days now - I seriously cannot wait for that fucking anime. I hope Kripke just goes straight into season three, doing it the way he'd originally intended before the Strike then redoes the rest of the show based on that. I'm so curious about the added material they talked about and the development of the secondary characters. I hope he means people like Bobby, Ellen, Jo, Missouri, etc. and so forth.

According to the casts' accounts over on Twitter, they're as surprised and outraged about this as the fans. Hopefully CBS will get a clue?

One thing I have to say for hc_bingo is that the mods are handling the whole thing really well. They seem to be taking in all of the criticism and concerns and using it to make the comm better for next year.

The meta posts for hc_bingo seem to be really well worded, at least the couple I've read, but a lot of the comments seem to be questionable.

The posts themselves are perfectly fine, for the most part, and they bring up some good points. It's the comments that are really making me uncomfortable.

I saw the A Team movie and it was indeed 'decent'. :D If and when you go and see it, stay until the end of the credits, there is a little something something at the end. :D
