Interesting to hear steampunk referred to as the gaslight genre. If we're talking specifically about storytelling, it certainly has a nice ring to it.

I'm kind of worried about the Hunger Games prequel. I've spent so much time building a world history, it's going to be odd to have some new canon to adapt to. Like, your Mags' arena is the one I picture now. I've fully adopted lorata's vision of early D2. Not sure what I will do with new 'official' ideas that will undoubtedly conflict.
