last weekend I took some time to just fart around with the Adobe stuff. My thinking was that I might learn some more about the progs if I used them with no particular goal in mind...which sort of worked. Just make comps/collages out of transparent .gifs and vector art and applying a bunch of filters to random blobs of color. The results turned out

b...usually the video card isn't too expensive to replace on a laptop if you wanna save the cash and get it repaired.
