I'll be quitting my job soon. I have my reasons. There have been lots of upsides to this job though.
Hopefully, if it all works out right, I'll be back on couch tour for about 6 months or something while I hit the reset button.

i'm sad that there seems to be a lot of people (at least on my freinds list) who have lost interest in livejournal. At the same time I am curious why LJ haven't integrated a feature that does something like posting the first 100 chars you write, or the title of your post, to your twitter feed or facebook status with a pre-shortened connecting URL ( Read more... ) -

pretty stoked
i keep a stats spreadsheet for my bikey adventures. According to the spreadsheet, today I surpassed my entire years worth of mileage for 2009! I'm pretty stoked about passing that particular number (310 miles) by the first week of March. I have done about 80% of it on the fixed gear. i'm pretty happy.
maybe even really happy.
this weekend I accidentally drove off the road into a ditch in the snow. we managed to get my car out of the ditch the next day and itt wasn't damaged at all.
today I drove by the spot where I went off the road and saw that I had actually missed a telephone pole by literally 2 feet. -

been vegging out on the olympics. the winter olympics sort of remind me of this time in my life where I was at a real low point.
things are a lot better now.
