 i'm sad that there seems to be a lot of people (at least on my freinds list) who have lost interest in livejournal. At the same time I am curious why LJ haven't integrated a feature that does something like posting the first 100 chars you write, or the title of your post, to your twitter feed or facebook status with a pre-shortened connecting URL

yeah I think I am missing being able to write more than just -status updates-...I need to elaborate on some things.
