It's official. My teaching certification exam is finished, I am certified, and once Golden Week is over, I'll be going to work full time at the Academy. Syuusuke and I have all our things moved into the house now. We still have a lot of unpacking to do, however, and potentially a fair amount of furniture rearranging. I think, however, the piano is going to have to stay in its current room. It was very difficult just to get it into the house at all. When it rains, it pours
Everything seems to be happening at once. Yesterday, graduation. Today, a call from the realtor telling me that she has an inspector willing to look at the house today - in fact, looking at the clock, the inspector should be there now. Grandmother and I have worked out an offer for the house. We're going to talk to her bank tomorrow and see about getting a loan for what we'll need. If that goes well, then we can send the offer through with the realtor. Then it's up to the current owners. There are inspections that the house will have to pass, but as long as all that goes well ( Read more... ) -

Grandfather's been feeling under the weather lately, and while he can still teach - at least for now; it sounds like he may be losing his voice, he's promised his classes at the academy a chance to test their skills against him. The twins are actually sleeping through the night. Every now and then, one or both will wake up, but it's not frequent. Mother's already got them on a schedule and it seems to work rather well ( Read more... ) -

Things have been a little hectic lately, thanks to the twins' arrival. The doctors kept Mother and the twins a few days longer than usual, just to make sure everything is alright.
