Grandfather's been feeling under the weather lately, and while he can still teach - at least for now; it sounds like he may be losing his voice, he's promised his classes at the academy a chance to test their skills against him. He's asked me to stand in over the weekend and take on his students in his stead. He mentioned perhaps having me teach a lesson or two, if his voice gets much worse. It's an interesting proposition, I admit...

I'm actually looking forward to it. Grandfather makes for a very skilled opponent, but he's predictable these days, so the chance for varied techniques is appealing.
