I'm in not one, but two creative writing classes this semester.  I've been taking a break from writing since I beat NaNoWriMo in November, so apologies for the lack of life.  I've been doing more rping than anything else.  It's fun writing out stuff with friends, don't judge me.

So we had to do another writing exercise in class.  So.  Not NaNo related.  But we had to look at a photgraph and write from the perspective of someone in the picture.  Then we had to write from the perspective of someone else in the picture, but they had to be talking about the person I'd previously written about.  So, the first person I wrote ( Read more... )

Anyway, I've been writing more of that fic that can't really be posted in snippets, so yup.  But I beat Mass Effect 2 with my secondary Shep, Iris, today, so I wrote a little for her.  She's a Colonist/Sole Survivor.  So.  Really traumatized.  Also an Engineer, secretly a Trekkie (Scotty was the reason she chose the fighting ( Read more... )
