I was wearing my "I Adore my 64" shirt which, while solidly identifying me as (a) old and (b) a nerd, is hardly a fearsome t-shirt.

What guy would be uncomfortable with a chick hanging around while they get undressed?? Most guys'd think that'll "increase their chances" slightly.

Yeah, I did notice some problems with the whole 3D aspect. The 3D seemed to work well if I was looking straight at it — if stuff happened over on the left side of the screen, though, it looked blurry-ish until I turned my head to look at it square on.

I wish they'd stop trying to find the next gimmick to get me into the theatres and just settle for making good movies (or try something seriously crazy, like making going to the movies more affordable).

I'm thinking you're wrong that it would have been okay otherwise. This gal did not like men being there, period. I was clearly reading my screen and poking at it, my iPhone facing the floor as I hunched over it. I wouldn't have even seen her if she hadn't started the conversation.
