The southbound train at Yonge station was virtually empty when it rolled into the station this morning (a rarity), so there was refreshingly enough room for everyone on the platform to get aboard with room to spare. That is indeed awesome.

It is these moments - and only these - that I miss about Riding the Rocket. Those moments of camraderie with total strangers that happen in a second and then fade almost as quickly. Like right after seeing Stomp, when half the people on the platform were tapping on things and bopping along to the beat.

I am impressed that the two onlookers joined in. That's three people who went to work with a smile and a great story.

Too bad we can't search for this somehow - I'd love to peek at what they wrote about their morning on Twitter.
