Geek Girl Con is this weekend in Seattle! Jane Espenson and Gail Simone will be there, along with other media guests that I am not as familiar with. Heh. Looks like there's some very interesting panels running; anyone on my flist going?

Not on the list but I have to make a push for Breaking Bad. It's seriously the best show on TV right now and every episode just keeps getting better. It's completely serial and although it takes a little while for the show to get going (S2 is where it gets really good, S1 is only 8 eps though), it's been really amazing so far. Plus it's gorgeous and the acting blows me away.

Southlaaaaaaaaaaaaaand! The most awesome underappreciated show ever. The characters are so good. Law enforcement people love it for its accuracy. Kick-ass female characters (Lydia ruuuuuuuuuuuulez).
