I've had a really late start, apparently. Well, today could be called Day 1 of remaking myself. I had a slice of ice cream cake for breakfast (but it was a thin slice so that's okay) and some applesauce. So far I've done 50 crunches, 50 leglifts, 50 jumping jacks, 50 square pushups.
