Room 10 - Industrial Revolution ("Viva la Revolution!")

Nov 01, 2008 20:57

Many apologies for the last post. Something happened where my first run through of Ocean Life vanished and so I was under the impression that I hadn't posted it yet.

We are moving on now, though. Promise. ;)

Forward: Room 11

Back: Room 9

Previous Adventures

Here again, as always. But ah that green is starting to look more and more beautiful.

Tsk. This virus just loves to litter.

Ohh... machines you say?

Again with those terrible stories about things he's ruined. This child must be a little terror at home. .. also those really don't look like 'parts'.

*eyeroll*

Damn! I missed a potentially awesome explosion?!

I will forever associate steam engines with FullMetal Alchemist now. Thanks fandom. e.e;

Oh goodie, puzzle time!

Fini!

I... think this is a glitch? For some reason I can't picture MICK saying 'nifty'...

That's better.

Now THOSE look like parts. Hurr.

Needle in a haystack much?

Alright, let's put this antique bad boy together.

... well damn, easier said than done.

And done!
The following is animation of it moving. Sorry if it's a little long.

.. I won't even justify that with a comment.

Ah, there's our odd piece out.

"Part 2". How... creative.

Ohyeah, there's more than one.

Well that's a good thing I suppose?

Huh. I actually didn't know that the first steam locomotive didn't run on rails. I guess you CAN learn things from this game.

There's our blueprint...

and there is our mass of parts. Ohboy.

I think more than once I screamed "GET IN YOUR SPOT, STUPID PART" at the screen. Some of these just refuse to lock in first time around.
Anyway, it's done now, so we get to enjoy another not very well captured animation by yours truly.

Well at least this time his story didn't end in 'that I took apart/left in pieces'...

Also, lookit the train go!

d'aw, cute. And there's another part for our growing collection!

Gee I couldn't tell that myself MICK, thanks for the unhelpful information.

hee mini explosions...

I remember playing this the first time through and going "... where the hell does the giant wheel go?! It's not on the blueprint!" I mean, the smaller circle there should have been obvious, but what can I say. There's a reason I'm a natural blonde. (and hide it with red dye *koff*)

Explosions!

Again we're back at destruction. However, against my better judgment I will admit that a go cart with that engine would be epic. XD;

*snort* Epic in the sense of fail.

Yay last part~

And back to the front, with all my pieces!

Ohhh this was annoying. Unlike finishing and starting automatically like the other puzzles, you had to GUESS if you were done, press start, and if it wasn't all in the right places it'd fall apart and you'd have to do it again.

Luckily I remember where they go!

Tada! Told ya. :) Let's watch, shall we?

Considering we're only on room 10? I think not.

*sigh* Right right, always work to be done... *shuffles off*

Until next time, folks!
