EGOTIZE* isn't even good, but I'm amazed how many times I've seen both of these phonies come up.

I tried *EGOTISE in my first division F or whatever it was.. bottom division in Oshawa. Got away with it, but I learned that day the only 8 in that is EGESTION which seems kind of pathetic for an okay looking rack.

However, I don't have anything to check that. I remember playing EGOTISED against someone and having them rue studying SOWPODS, though.

it was a total tease. at that point in the game, there was also just one decent lane, and i felt like i had to take it right then. and i've learned that i'm not good at figuring out what to fish for, so better to not play small points and fish badly... of course, that's all assuming it doesn't get challenged, which thankfully, it didn't.
