Suffering from unknown depression and fatigue, I managed to make it to the gym this afternoon. I also managed a full hour on the elliptical on level 10 at a pretty good pace. The first thing I do when I get back from camping (as my wife unpacked the car for me (bless her amazing soul) was to check the blogs and email. I have to be honest here.
