burning off the fair / gilligan has left the island

Suffering from unknown depression and fatigue, I managed to make it to the gym this afternoon. I also managed a full hour on the elliptical on level 10 at a pretty good pace. After showering and everything, I felt remarkably better. Apparently--and this might just be a wild guess--the physical body and the psychological being are connected in ( Read more... )

Dude, you can skip it in good conscience. I feel the hesitation, and it's all good.

I want to assure you the request wasn't for nefarious reasons. There's porn-a-plenty out there. I just find fitness models about as asthetically beautiful as it gets. Rachael McLish, Mandy Blank, they're just a joy to behold.

Thanks for the kind words. Quite honestly though, I will have some pics to post. I'll have to ask her though, but I think that if she can get up on the stage with thousands of people watching her every move, she'll let me post a few pics for my 9 readers.

I agree with your thoughts on this topic. Nothing sexier than naturally fit females (I'm not a fan of implants and other unnatural body modifications, although I do like piercings and the occasional tattoo). Muscle, when not overly massive, is a wonderful thing to see.

You have no idea how true this is. I had no idea until last month.

I've always known that. In competitive sports, it's drilled into you by everyone. It's just much more noticable as I get older.

What happened last month?

Ah, missed the facetiousness. My detector is on the blink.

I started working out last month. Every day I worked out, I felt terrific...every day I took off, I felt noticeably worse.
