We are doing more research on adopting from Vietnam vs adopting from Russia. I can see positives and negatives for both. I noticed that alot of adopting parents use frequent flier miles, earned through travel for their jobs, to help with airfare. But we don't travel for our jobs. My student teaching is basically done. I technically have one more week. But that last week will be in the classroom that I am going to be subbing in. I don't have to teach, just assist and prepare for when I do take over the class. Some say that teaching will be busier than student teaching, others say the opposite. The Academy of Natural Sciences in Philly actually sells the DNA Bobblehead. It was difficult to resist purchasing it, but I just don't have a good place for it. I think I already regret that decision. It woulod have looked great on my future classroom desk.
