Hey where has that finger been
Interesting fun at the gym this weekend. On the weekends I do my swimming and this weekend was no exception. The only problem I ran into was while I was trying to race across the pool I misjudged the pool wall and my right hand went full force into the cement wall. Can I get an OW! National Frak day
I now proclaim April 4th as National Frak day. For those who may not know April 4th starts the return of Battlestar Galactica and Season 4. So make sure you tune to the Scifi channel Friday night and watch. Also make sure you have a Frak party to celebrate. -

New gym
In my previous posting I mentioned checking out the Works gym before. Went again yesterday and so I took the plunge and signed up. Of course once I got over the sticker shock I was fine. Normally it is $56.00 a month but with a work discount got it down to $50.00 ( Read more... ) -
