People often forget that Mr. Kahl is a fighter. They've seen him much too often dressed in work shits and ties. His hands often covered with ink stains and his first two challenges were non-violent. He's gentle of speech and of mind and seemingly unambitious. Twice this mistake has been made with poor results for the challenger.

Christopher Kahl has a good friend who introduced him to the Deck. A man of from a high ranked family named Jacob Withmore (though this can easily be changed) who went to Duke University and met Christopher and Lacy Marshall (Christopher's ex wife). The three hit it off and were friends ever since.

Challenger
Two -> Three: Christopher did a mildly mentally invigorating challenge. He challenged his opponent to memorizing Pi. He memorized to 200 digits after the leading 3. His opponent only had 150. The numbers were recited in private to a third party. (The challenge was made 2002.)
