I have a new favorite breakfast: coconut rice porridge. It's very simple; coconut milk simmered with a little sugar, vanilla, and ground ginger, mixed with cooked jasmine rice until oatmeal like consistency. Maddie and I went on A Big Adventure today. I was tired of our usual walk around the neighborhood, so I loaded her into the truck. This is not as easy as it sounds since she is about 8 inches tall and wieghs 35 pounds. Today we went to Freddie's to arm ourselves with the latest weapon in the dog barking battle, as recommended by the pet behavior therapist. Now our arsenal includes squirt guns!
