Had to take my bike in for repair on Cowley Road this morning. Looked at the traffic trying to head up High Street - at a standstill even that far back - and decided that bus would be too frustrating. Finally scanned the scan! It was pretty cool seeing the baby move, but there's certainly some merit in the all babies look the same point of view, which is even more true when it comes to baby-scan-pictures( , so feel free not to be enthusiastic about 8 grey blobs! )

Mrs Socks got a job! Nursery Teacher at a school exactly 1/2 a mile from our house. Just what she wanted, where she wanted it. Yay!

Life is almost back to normal. We've decorated enough living room to get the sofa back in from the hallway and the table back in from the kitchen and the TV and tall cabinet back in from the bedroom and the general junk back in from the spare bedroom, so the whole house feels like it has SPACE again.
