I'm looking to buy a recording of all the Berio Sequenzae and I'm wondering which one all of you guys recommend. Everette gave me his opinion, but what do you guys think?

So I just learned this morning that we in the Dean's office cannot advertise the World Civ. Film Series anymore because it is illegal. I can't believe we've been able to do it for this long and now we got caught. You would think that if they wanted advertisements they would have gotten permission to show and promote the films.

I think I may have found a decent soprano for myself. I need to play on it a little more, and then see if the owner will sell it. I played a little for Marc this morning and he commented that it sounded better than the school's instrument that I was using. Now there is the unavoidable trip to Crestview to visit Gayle.

So what can I do to prevent myself from going crazy at work all day on Tuesday and Thursday? Other than listen to Al's and Everette's pieces on the S21 Listening Room webpage?

After checking numerous weather reports throughout the weekend, it seems as if Hurricane (tropical storm, whatever the hell it is) Ernesto will not make landfall in Mississippi.
