So I just learned this morning that we in the Dean's office cannot advertise the World Civ. Film Series anymore because it is illegal. I can't believe we've been able to do it for this long and now we got caught. You would think that if they wanted advertisements they would have gotten permission to show and promote the films.

is it because of the no public rebroadcasting of movies?

Maybe...I just walked into work this morning and was told to take off all mention on the calendars of the film series. There's probably so copyright law about it.
