A Tour Through the History of the Chevy Impala

This weekend the BF was in town for a visit, so I entertained him with a trip to the Petersen Automotive Museum in downton Los Angeles. One of their big exhibits this time was "La Vida Lowriders." I need that model car at the end SO BADLY!

Thanks for posting this; some of those cars look really interesting. The Gypsy Rose car scares me, but one day I will get over it.

I'm so jealous. I went to the Chicago Auto Show about a week ago, just to see if they had any Chevy Impalas there... they didn't.

Now I kinda of want to see Dean in the yellow one. *headdesk*

The Yellow Impala Is Called SunDance not SunShine... Sorry just thought i would let you know because i am from that Car Club.... And Gypsy Rose Belongs to a Relitive... That Car has been painted like that and never Been touched up.... Paint is About 20+ years old...

the impala that is called sunshine i believe that my grandfather might have owned it at one time and i was wondering if you could send me the vin# so that i might be able to trace it back. I have been looking for his car for a long time but i have no vin# so all i can do is ask for some # that looks close to the car. I know that it made it to south side L.A. I hope that you or anyone might be able to help.
