This weekend, I

* Finally saw The Hangover with sillyzilly2k . Very funny, and just ( Read more... )

weekends, friends, people are particularly stupid today, real life, family, movies

Not to rub it in, but I thought of you today when I randomly ran into Sarah Jessica Parker outside my office! (I didn't literally run into her, though.) It was very cute. She was laughing at something her publicist (or whoever) said to her.

The 2nd SaTC movie starts filming in the fall! (And sadly, I've traded all my icons out for others.)

Wow, that's amazing! Is she as tiny as she seems? What did she look like??

I...am not sure about having a 2nd SaTC movie. What else could they possibly do? Also, I fear what they will do is somehow break up Big and Carrie again, which...no. No, no no. And, of COURSE I will have to see it, and so I'm scared that I'll see it and it'll be awful and ruin everything for me. (Obviously, I've given this a lot of thought.)

Anyway, though - it's awesome that you saw SJP.

Sounds like a fantastic weekend! I'm glad to hear that you and your roomie have gotten so close, but it's sad that that happened right before she leaves. I spent the weekend marathoning Season 7 of Gilmore. Once I got started, I just couldn't stop. So now it's done and I'm feeling Gilmore nostalgic all over again. Buffy still needs to go on my list of things to watch. But I don't own all the seasons, so that is problematic.

Well, it wasn't right before she left. We've gotten closer over the past year.

I still can't believe you watched season 7. Something else I kinda hated about it? I finally got on board with Logan, and then they wrote him out in the worst way possible. And in a way that wasn't at all true to his character. (In that, I don't think he would have proposed on her graduation day, for a number of reasons, the biggest one being, it should have been her graduation day, not the day she turned down a proposal and broke up with her long-term boyfriend.) Yeah. Obviously, I still have very strong feelings and am bitter.

Which Buffy seasons are you missing? You could start and then buy as you go along. It's so worth it, I swear. Also, the Buffy DVDs all have great special features.
