I like Sam but my eyes are more focused on Dean and Castiel xD Haha!
Oh come on, the focus on Dean's face when Jimmy/Cas got shot had to mean something xD
My guess is that Cas would have been back in Jimmy's body when he got shot so Jimmy didn't die.
