I slept at K's house, then Sunday at noon, I headed to the airport and back to Sweden. I dyed 4 skeins of sock yarn that day. One of them was specifically the colors that my husband requested. I expect you to be there! Did you check out the classes, too? It's going to be so awesome! I'm taking two classes and volunteering the rest of the time.

I am checking the classes, the one about fabrics sounds intriguing (they all do, in fact!), I might even take it.

Nice yarns! Wish I would be good at dying too. (I'm not)

I'm not that good at it, either. I just threw together colors that I liked and it turned out fairly okay. My husband liked his yarn, too. Now I just need to knit socks out of it for him.

I haven't really written much about the fact that I learned how to knit and crochet in the last two years and I've been helping out in my children's handwork classes.

I took a few dyeing classes this winter and loved it. I have a gorgeous peachy color that I made and I still haven't decided what I'm going to make with it. What I was really interested in was the natural dyes. It was so fun! Now I'm hoping to learn some spinning. :-D

Your beautiful yarns are making me long for dyeing and knitting again.

Wonderful! Are you a member of Ravelry (www.ravelry.com)?

I've also started learning to spin on a spindle. I've only just started and will be taking a class at Knit Nation this summer. I swore I would NEVER spin, because I knew what a slippery slope it would be. Oh well, never say never.
