This past weekend, I made a quick turn around trip to London. My friend, K, and I took a yarn dyeing class from our friend, Alice (aka Socktopus). I slept at K's house, then Sunday at noon, I headed to the airport and back to Sweden. I dyed 4 skeins of sock yarn that day. One of them was specifically the colors that my husband requested. I just spent a lovely afternoon at the country cottage of a friend, knitting, along with several other ladies. There was coffee and chocolate cake and yarn and chit chat. It was so wonderful! Just wanted to let reebert and carrieb know that I arrived home safely. The weather, albeit cold, was fine. The last half of the drive was foggy, but the roads were not slippery.
