I tried to post twice from Heathrow Airport before I left London on the 19th, but it was a no go. What I wanted to say was that I had an absolutely marvelous time and I didn't want to leave!

This past weekend, I made a quick turn around trip to London. My friend, K, and I took a yarn dyeing class from our friend, Alice (aka Socktopus). I slept at K's house, then Sunday at noon, I headed to the airport and back to Sweden. I dyed 4 skeins of sock yarn that day. One of them was specifically the colors that my husband requested. So, Thursday I leave my home, husband and dog to begin a long anticipated trip to Indy to visit my daughter, SiL and grandkids. My mom, her husband and my sister will probably also be making the trip up from Florida and Georgia, respectively, to spend Easter weekend with us in Indy. So, I made it through Round 3 of Sock Madness 5. If I remember correctly, the pattern was released around 2am my time last Saturday morning. I woke up at 6am and by 6:45, I was ready to knit. I'm on my way to see friends this weekend. I'm taking the train, or would be taking the train if it hadn't been canceled and replaced with a bus. The reason I am taking the train bus is because I wanted to knit instead of driving myself and I don't need a car where I am going.
