Olympics
The athletes are marching through the Bird's Nest stadium in Beijing today. They're being accompanied by a bagpipe band from Dundee. Mildly surreal. -
Zürich appears to cause an upsurge in posting
Should really do a decent update given that things have happened to me for a change, but suffice to say that I swam 1.5 km today, across the Zürichsee along with 5,000 other crazy people. Decent workout. Thighs a bit sore now. -

It's not really a difficult course, but we have a mad Ukrainian as teacher and things aren't really going well with my work ethic right now. That's a huge camel off my back. -

Well, intriguing enough that I spent 90 minutes reading about it. Not sure on the effects it'd have on elections here in Norway - kinda hoping lots of people would vote 0 for our "progress party"...
