I hope you are feeling better soon - and that your illness does not prove fatal.....it would be so sad to inflict a second rate mother on your daughter at this stage of her development. Not to mention your husband!

Yes, well. It's a lot nicer than being told, as I was, by my 4-year-old grandson when I wouldn't let him do something he wanted to do, "You're not a good enough person to be a grandma." At least your DD is certain you're the best mama she could ever have.
