The past week has been rough for me emotionally, following the passing of my dog, Billie Jean, on the 5th. She was ten years old and I would have had her for ten years this very month.

With the addition of a new pet today, I wanted to post this entry to introduce two new family members!

I'm late with this journal entry but I've been busy and tired lately. I'm working eight days straight due to a coworker being away but at least I have a nice four-day weekend for me starting Thursday. That works out because Friday is a special day and I'll explain why later.

Yesterday was a day at the hotel. It started with me waking up before everyone else and I got to eat breakfast on the patio outside the main room in peace and quiet.

On Friday we went to Magic Kingdom. It was really fun. Even though I'm into extreme rides, I enjoyed every ride and attraction at Magic Kingdom despite everything being family-friendly. We were up until 3 am last night for some reason. My older sister Lisa and I were walking around the hotel to get ice for the cooler, and she found this huge moth and some kind of lizard. I don't know what they are but maybe thagirion knows.
