Quick update

Surgery went fine, I'm at my grandparents house resting. Part of foot is numb, leg aching a bit and sore at incision site. Other than that, all is well.
Glad it's over and ready to go home and recover.

If I can make a suggestion, I would keep in contact with that job you previously had to decline. Keep them updated on your status. Maybe they'll keep the job open for you.
