The American flag is offensive to Americans!

A simple art project has turned controversial in Salinas after a student said her drawing of the American flag was deemed offensive, while another student's picture of President Obama was praised. Wow... really? An art teacher telling her art student that drawing a picture of an existing piece of art was offensive?

Wedding rings and site
Ignore the terrible fuzziness of the ring photos, camera had kinda disappeared on me and all I had was my camera phone =P. We got super-simplistic, white gold rings and we're going to be hosting our wedding lakeside on this little peninsula.

A little update for the big day
Went in to Robbin's Bros just yesterday and picked up the wedding bands and engagement ring. Super simplistic, comfortable and not overly out of our budget. I'll insert pics (per her request) after I pick them up on Thursday. -
The Big Day
So, a date has been set! June 9, 2010 is the day I am set to marry my girl... but... there are so many other details that need to be ironed out... all of them in fact! I think we're screwed and may just have to elope =P -
