Man, I've been being boring. Sitting around, reading books, playing guitar, avoiding going outside because it is hot. My friend and I have been working on a crazy pseudo-comic story featuring bands with superpowers. We are not on crack, but the story sure is.

I got back from my vacations on Sunday. I was looking forward to getting to talk to my best friend, but she left for her own family vacation on Saturday. I'm leaving for up north tomorrow! I'm so happy, it's my favorite place on earth. Then I'm coming home on the twelfth so I can leave with a friend of mine for North Carolina on the thirteenth. Today is my birthday. I've gotten money and cards from my lovely family. I had "Happy Birthday to You" sung to me over the phone by my friend who was only half awake, which was sweet and amusing.
