In Between
Today is my birthday. I've gotten money and cards from my lovely family. I had "Happy Birthday to You" sung to me over the phone by my friend who was only half awake, which was sweet and amusing. Yesterday, my best friend did a My Chem picspam for me and then sent me some live tracks. There is still a part three in the works from her, apparently. I'm quite excited about that.
But what I'm mostly pleased with is that my poor, neglected acoustic guitar is finally in back tune. And I have shiny new picks to replace the lost ones and I will be signing up for lessons at the end of July when I get back from North Carolina.
So, even though there was not grand celebrations, this was one of my better birthdays.
