Goddamnit -- I lost a day of work today because there's a fucking raccoon on the loose somewhere in the building where I teach in the Bronx. That's $120 that I won't have for groceries or bills. I woke up Friday morning and Clawed's tail was completely limp. As of today, he can barely jump and is having difficulty walking. I did some research and think it might have been a fall that caused it, but I just don't know. We're going to the hospital tomorrow as soon as I can get an appointment.
God, I hope he's okay. -
Of gigs and giggling girlishness
So, wow. Last night I was walking down along Eighth Avenue in Midtown after a rehearsal and I pass a guy in a suit. Attractive, broad shoulders. He was with another guy in a suit who wasn't as good looking. Not totally unusual for where I was. But something stopped me.
