Blue lights
Blue has long been one of my most favorite colors. I discovered that the best form of it for me is as lights. Back in 1999, my evening trek to work would take me past an office building whose windows were framed by lights that rotated colors. Needing
I was meandering mentally this morning, I think after a dream. I was looking at the needs of the eldest three of my mother's children. Liam needs home, and he's got one now. Today
This week was my 53rd birthday. I had my quarterly blood test results. Everything is good except my Hemoglobin A1C, which was 9.5. It's a struggle to get out of denial that this is something to be concerned about ( Read more... ) -
Outwardly silent, inwardly a-squee
Ok, guys, I haven't talked much about it, but it's mostly because the timing has been up in the air for months. The closer the event comes to being a reality, though, the more excited I am. Of course, not as excited as the people directly affected by this joyous eventuality.
