self-annihilation or self-beautification? its really just perspective. self- destruction, castration, glorification, perception. self-anything becomes the first steps to transcendence and liberation. it starts, well begins, or ends, actually, fuck the time aspect of it, i hate words, with our sub-conscious. and then we become aware of that, so we become conscious (life). and when we become aware of that, self-consciousness, the mode of transcendence has been achieved. but it doesn't stop there. nothing stops that hasn't started before. then oyu can become conscious of your self-consciousness, and keep becoming conscious of the previous step. the mode of transportation amongst these "steps" is transcendence.

I do not disagree with you. Nor do I necessarily agree either. But self-annihilation isn't meant to be defined from this. It is meant to be seen.

Bill Viola, "The Crossing".

The sentence that I said is something I may have believed in a couple of years ago, and quite possibly did, but since then my thoughts have changed, progressed, evolved further into something that seemingly correlates very well in many aspects of my life. In fact, only within the past week or so have I progressed further with any of my thoughts where there is a new or better understood train of thought that I'm having. But, this doesn't matter really. Only to me.
